- The City of Calgary environmental education team developed a collaboration framework that will guide, enhance, and nurture the partnerships that are essential to their work.
- Calgary Board of Education EcoTeam developed Action Plans and projects that not only will save a million dollars in the 2008/9 school year (through a 10% reduction in the CBE electricity bill), but will also help teachers and students learn about and practice energy conservation.
- Team WPAC (Watershed Planning and Advisory Council) will increase stewardship in four Alberta watersheds though a logic model and plan to engage First Nations, stewardship groups, and government.
