ACEE is a well-governed organization, and the Board and staff uses a suite of policies to guide our work, such as Imagine Canada’s Ethical Fundraising and Accountability Code
ACEE has a Green Operations Policy to ensure that we ‘walk our talk’ to the best of our ability; all our travel is carbon neutral, and we use only FSC-certified paper in our work.
A friendly challenge: we invite all environmental education stakeholders to create their own green operations/procurement policy, and match or exceed our own! Please let us know – we’d love to acknowledge your work and redouble our own efforts! We are pleased to offer our own Green Operations Policy in the hopes that it might serve as a starting point for your work.
