The ACEE blog is place to tell our stories as environmental educators – shout out our successes, learn from our challenges. We are looking for contributions from you. Here are some tips and guidelines:
- Passionate – Choose a topic relevant to environmental education that you feel passionate about.
- Short – 250 words is enough, you can go longer if you would like.
- Tells a story – tell your story, your challenges and successes. Blog are meant to have a more casual, laid back feeling then other types of writing.
- Spurs discussion – We want the environmental education community to engage in dialogues around relevant issues and share their stories, blogs are one way to do this.
- Style – Use short paragraphs, bulleted lists, and subheadings to organize your post. Include links to other sites and organizations that support your ideas.
- Visuals – if you have pictures or video, this helps to tell the story.
- Read some our past posts.
